What paid services do you provide?
We take for investments management 1 percent per year from investment amounts which are between $1,000 - $500,000, and 0.5 percent per year from investment amounts which are higher than $500,000. Consulting services, financial expertise, empirically based researches are paid and we discuss each case and expenses individually.
What types of investments do you offer?
We offer short-term investment strategies and long-term investment offers.
What advantages do short-term investments have?
Investment professionals advise investing your short-term money in Mutual Funds and Real Estate. Their yield can be lower than fixed investments, but the advantage is that you can generally take back the money when you need it.
Do you offer investments that pay interest monthly?
We do offer investments that pay monthly income. We have established a hard equity program for investors who wish to use their capital to lend (as in a mortgage) to other investors, homeowners, and developers and have the mortgage backed by the real estate.
